Favorite Organizing Things: Lazy Susans

You’ve got plenty of options when it comes to finding products on the market to help you organize your space, but how do you know what you really need? As a professional organizer with two decades of experience, I’ve seen it all, and I’ve got a list of tried-and-true products that work. Each month, I’ll share one of my favorite things to help you reach your organizing goals.

Lazy Susans

It seems odd to call one of the most versatile organizing tools lazy, but when you stop to consider how many different ways you can use a Lazy Susan, I doubt you’ll think of it as lazy again. This is one of my favorite organizing tools because of its many uses. I’ve used them to corral toiletries under bathroom sinks, contain condiments in a refrigerator, make spices more accessible in a pantry and utilize dead space in corner cabinets.

You can find Lazy Susans in a variety of sizes and materials. There’s almost as many options to purchase as uses for them in your home.

If you’re having a hard time reaching items in the back of a cabinet or you find yourself overbuying supplies because you couldn’t see what you stashed under the sink, perhaps a Lazy Susan is the organizing solution for you.

I’ve got lots of ideas on how to use Lazy Susans in organizing your home or office. If you’d like a customized organizing plan, then it’s probably time for a consultation. Send me an email at linda@unclutterednw.com and let’s chat.
